I had a coaching session recently that was truly eye-opening. Often, when we try to understand our behaviors, we blame immediate circumstances, like being too busy to eat well or not finding the right gym to exercise. While these factors play a role, they don't address the root of the problem. This coaching session helped me get to the root cause of my issues.

Before the session, I struggled with catastrophizing and overthinking. I traced these emotions back to their origins, which helped me understand why I interact with the world the way I do.
